How much does term life insurance cost?

Do I need a medical exam?
Not always. Some policies only ask health questions online, and others need an exam or records, depending on the insurance company, your age, your health and the amount of coverage. I'll help you find the path that fits.
What is mortgage protection?
It's life insurance chosen to match your mortgage: coverage close to your loan balance, for about as many years as your loan. If you pass away, your family receives a benefit they can use to pay the mortgage and stay in the home.
What is a MYGA annuity?
A multi-year fixed annuity. You put in a lump sum, and the insurance company credits a set interest rate for a set number of years, typically 3 to 10. Rates, terms and early-withdrawal (surrender) charges vary by contract, so we'll compare them side by side.
Do I pay you a fee?
No separate fee. Like most insurance agents, I'm paid by the insurance company you choose. Your price is the price the company charges.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes. California gives you a review period after your policy is delivered to cancel for a refund. Your policy shows the exact number of days.
Do I have to live in Tulare or Visalia?
